Sales activity doubled month over month in the Tri-county area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco) with 51 transactions recorded in October, up from 26 the month before.  Deals totaled 291,148sf of office space and the Average Transaction Value for the month was $1,264,886 while the Average Price per Square Foot increased to $337.73. Sales volume for the month was $64,509,200, representing a month-over-month increase of approximately 21% over September.
