Sales activity decreased month over month in the Tri-county area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco) with 24 transactions recorded in January 2019, down from 48 in the last month of 2018.  Deals totaled 506,184sf of office space and the Average Transaction Value for the month was $2,322,900 while the Average Price per Square Foot was $182.00. Sales volume for the month was $58,072,500.  The largest deal of the month was the sale of The Austin Center, which is a 322,139sf 7 building office complex located in Tampa’s prestigious Westshore Office District.  Check out the sale below which totaled almost $29,000,000.
