Sales activity increased month over month in the Tri-county area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco) with 48 transactions recorded in December, up from 36 in November.  Deals totaled 1,204,674sf of office space and the Average Transaction Value for the month was $3,503,598 while the Average Price per Square Foot decreased to $158.10. Sales volume for the month was $168,172,700.
