Sold at 92% of asking in a challenging market
Despite the challenges of the Pasco County property market, with John’s insights and experience, we were able to effectively shift strategy and efficiently achieve our objectives to successfully sell the asset at 92% of our asking sales price. Several offers after a year with none
John did a phenomenal job in helping us successfully and efficiently dispose of this asset. After having it listed for one full year without any offers, we then engaged John and I were delighted to receive several offers on the property and to sell it to a cash buyer. In addition, he successfully negotiated a bid on the waste removal that saved thousands and also ensured that we did not have to invest any more money into the REO property. John worked well with our team, understood our unique needs, and helped us effectively manage the transaction.
Four great offers and a successful closing
John did a great job for us. We chose to sell the Salvation Army College Student Center in Tampa and wanted to find a local broker that not only knew the area well but would actively market the property. Our goal was to close the sale at the highest price, in the shortest amount of time. I knew John and his involvement in the Tampa Bay commercial real estate market from my past interactions with John when I was in private practice and with retailers. I knew that John had an expertise in the type of property The Salvation Army wanted to sell. I signed a 9-month listing with John Milsaps and he was able to find exactly the type of tenant I wanted in my property.
